| Pro Magnet
guarantees all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
one year. This warranty does not cover consequential damage and is expressly limited to
repair, replacement or full refund at Pro Magnet's option during the warranty
period. The mattresses must be tested for a minimum 60 days
before a refund will be issued. |
| Pro Magnet
expressly makes no medical claims and cannot accept return of product for failure to
achieve medical benefits, however it is company policy to permit return of product for any
reason within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The motor and electrical components of
the Magnessage units are warranted for 6 months of normal non-commercial usage (up to 30
minutes a day) after which it will be refurbished for a $25.00 fee for a period of 24
months from date of purchase. |
