We guarantee the quality and crafting of our Norso magnets. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. We offer a 15 day money back guarantee on bracelets.  Mattress pads, pillow pads, and travel pads can be returned within a 45 day trial period. There are no returns on pet pads, tape or adhesive patches.  (please read instructions below).  Pro Magnet will not accept returns on items that have been laundered, or specially customized. Pro Magnet will not accept returns of damaged items as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions.  All product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice.  Please call first before returning product.  If you need a physical address for UPS or FedEx call 1-877-858-9082.


We know that it is important to feel safe while giving credit card information over the Internet. In order to protect your information we provide Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for personal data and credit card encryption. Encryption is the process by which software scrambles all data in transit to We process all credit card information with Authorize.Net™, the leading provider in Internet Merchant Services. If you still prefer not to order online with encryption, you may call us with your credit card information, or mail a check or money order via U.S. Postal Service.


Pro Magnet does not sell or distribute any information we acquire from our customers. This includes your e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and any other personal data. We honor your right to privacy!


To return goods, please save item(s) and original packaging. Be sure to include the vinyl holder or clam shell along with a copy of your invoice stating a brief explanation for why you are not satisfied with the item(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you for the cost of the item(s) (less S&H). You have a 30 Day money back guarantee on all items except bracelets (15 days). See exceptions below.  

We have a one year warranty on all bedding. This warranty is valid only on failed construction or components.  All mattress pads, pillow pads, and travel pads come with a money back guarantee but must be returned in original packaging or a bag and box equally substantial with no damage to the product.

Please note: This product is personal in nature and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any pads if you have pets or animals or if anyone in your home is a smoker.  There are no exceptions to this policy so please choose your product carefully.   There are no returns on any pet pads.

For non pet owners and non-smokers the following return policy applies.  For our pillow and mattress pads we offer a 45 day money back guarantee for any bedding or car seats.    We must receive your product within 45 days from the date of your invoice.  You have a 30 day trial for your mattress pad.  If you receive your pad and see that you would like to trade your pad for a different thickness please ship your pad back immediately and we can exchange your mattress pad.  

We will not take back any pads with any type of tear, burn, smoke aroma, odor, animal hair, dirt, or stain on them.  If your pad has been cleaned or laundered we will not issue you a credit.  We offer a 45 day money back guarantee on pillow, travel, and mattress pads.  We must receive your product within 45 days from the date of your invoice.   You will only receive a full refund on the product if you send it back in its original bag and box or a plastic bag and box of your choice for protection.  If you discard your plastic bag you will need to supply your own plastic bag in case your product gets damaged or wet during the return shipping process.  We will not refund damaged goods.

If you return your product under these conditions we will give you the entire amount of your product back excluding any shipping cost.  Our pads have polyester and nylon in the material so keep in mind we will not be able to reimburse shipping cost if you have allergies to polyester or nylon.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on products other than bedding and car seats.  There is a 15 day money back guarantee on bracelets.  There are no returns on pet pads or tape and adhesive patches.


All State of North Carolina residents are required by law to pay a 7 % sales tax.


Orders (other than bedding) that are placed during weekdays by 2:00 PM Eastern time will usually go out that day. Orders placed on the weekend, will usually ship out on Monday depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. Occasionally, orders do take longer if a product is placed on back order. If prompt delivery is a concern, please call or email us for product availability.

For mattress pads, pillow pads, car seats, and pet pads please allow 3-4 days for the items to ship and 4-5 days for FedEx ground delivery.  If you need these products by a deadline we suggest you call us at our toll-free number 1-877-858-9082.


Any checks being returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will be submitted for collection immediately. Each returned check will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) service charge to the consumer.


Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service  unless otherwise specified. Mattress, pillow pads, and pet pads will most often be shipped in a separate box from other magnetic items and they will arrive via FedEx ground.  If you have special shipping needs please call our toll-free number.  If you are going to be out of town please stop your mail or arrange for someone to pick up your mail because we cannot be responsible for lost orders.  If you give us a specific delivery date for when you will be back in town we can arrange that as well.  If you desire a signature required please call us or specify that on your order because we are charged an extra fee for a "signature required" order. 

If you need your product by a certain date you must specify or call our toll-free number. 


Shipping and Handling charges are determined strictly by the weight and destination of your order. Cost is based on quantity, weight and dimensions of product and insurance.  Orders other than bedding, pet pads and car seats usually ship out the same day if they are placed by 2:00 PM Eastern timePlease choose a shipping method when you get to the ordering page with your shopping cart.  We offer you the least expensive shipping option which is USPS priority mail for $6.60 with delivery confirmation and $50.00 of insurance.  However, this does not include insurance for items over $50.00 and if your items are lost or damaged we cannot be responsible.   We offer insurance for packages over $100.00 starting at an additional $2.60.  We also offer express mail for only $19.11. Please notice that it is not guaranteed overnight in some rural areas.  Our other options are via FedEx so please pay close attention to the shipping options on your shopping cart page.  All bedding, pet pads, and car seats will ship out FedEx and we cannot guarantee "same day service" on these items.

For orders outside the USA please note we cannot estimate any taxes or duties you might be charged from your country.  You are responsible for all duties and taxes that might be charged once your package arrives in your country.

**Customs duties and taxes for FedEx shipments outside the United States must be paid by the ultimate consignee and are billed to the ultimate consignee after delivery.
