SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:


We guarantee the quality and crafting of our Norso magnets. If you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H), provided the item complies with our return policy.

Items other than bracelets, bedding, car seats and pet pads: We offer a thirty day money back guarantee.  Your item must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.  

Jewelry: We offer a 15 day money back guarantee on all jewelry.

There are no returns on pet pads, books, tape or adhesive patches.

ProMagnet will not accept returns on items that have been laundered, or specially customized. Pro Magnet will not accept returns of damaged items as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions.  All product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return.  To insure a full refund please call first to receive your RMA number.  If you need a physical address for UPS or FedEx call 1-877-858-9082.

For pillow pads and mattress pads:  For non-pet owners and non-smokers the following return policy applies for bedding.  For any type of bedding we offer a 45 day money back guarantee.    We must receive your product within 45 days from the date of your invoice.  You have a 30 day trial for your magnetic pad.  If you receive your pad and see that you would like to trade your pad for a different thickness please ship your pad back immediately and we can exchange your mattress pad.


Please note: This product is personal in nature and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any pads if you have pets or animals or if anyone in your home is a smoker.  There are no exceptions to this policy so please choose your product carefully.   

We cannot offer any refunds on pads with any type of tear, burn, smoke aroma, odor, animal hair, dirt, or stain on them.  If your pad has been cleaned or laundered we will not be able to issue you a credit.  If you return your product according to these conditions we will credit your product cost back, excluding any shipping cost.  Please keep in mind that we will not be able to reimburse shipping cost if you have allergies to polyester, nylon, or any other materials used in our pad.  

To protect yourself during return shipping you will need to send your product back in its original bag and box or a bag and box equally substantial.  If you discard your plastic bag you will need to supply your own plastic bag in case your product gets damaged or wet during the return shipping process.  We will not refund damaged goods.

 

SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING:

We know that it is important to feel safe while giving credit card information over the Internet. In order to protect your information we provide Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for personal data and credit card encryption. Encryption is the process by which software scrambles all data in transit to ProMagnet.com. We process all credit card information withAuthorize.Net™, the leading provider in Internet Merchant Services. If you still prefer not to order online with encryption, you may call us with your credit card information, or mail a check or money order via U.S. Postal Service. 

SALES TAX:

All State of North Carolina residents are required by law to pay a 7 % sales tax.

RETURNED CHECKS:

Any checks being returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will be submitted for collection immediately. Each returned check will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) service charge to the consumer.

INDEMNIFICATION:

All customers and users of Pro Magnet, this web site, and the Norso merchandise contained within agree to indemnify and hold Pro Magnet, its employees, suppliers, and affiliates harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of this agreement. In addition, the customer agrees to hold Pro Magnet, harmless from any claims and/or expenses, including any and all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to the customer's use of this web site and the Norso merchandise contained within.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Pro Magnet, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

PRICES, CHARGES, AND PAYMENT:

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. All charges must be paid in U.S. dollars. All international money orders must be drawn from U.S. funds. Pro Magnet, reserves the right to change the prices of merchandise sold on this web site at any time.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES:

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any duties or value-added taxes that may be assessed by your local Customs office.  If you fail to pay the FedEx invoice we will charge your credit card for the fees that your customs department has charged us.

**Customs duties and taxes for FedEx shipments outside the United States must be paid by the ultimate consignee and are billed to the ultimate consignee after delivery.
